I entered Furman University at the age of 16, I graduated five years later with a masters degree
I then studied Psychology at the University of Chicago earning my Ph.D in Psychology in 1903
In 1908 I began teaching psychology at John Hopkins University
In 1913 I gave a seminal lecture at Columbia University, titled 'Psychology as the Behaviourist Views it'
